Director of Collection Sales
This individual will be responsible for bad debt sales in the multi-family industry. Does not need to necessarily have the experience in this niche, however must have experience in the collection industry. Expertise in hunting, networking, cold calling, trade shows, and leading a team. Working knowledge in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or an equivalent CRM. Design and implement strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base. Department training on all new sales initiatives and develop an in-depth understanding of their direct competition.
