-Manage and develop management and supervisor level staff -Overall direction of the division -Consistently exceed budgets by ensuring collection goals are met as well as delinquency and charge-off’s -Work closely with strategy to monitor and ensure SOP’s are being met. Also, responsible for suggesting additional strategies using creative thinking and logic -Demonstrated success in a high volume, highly competitive and fast paced environment -Provides guidance to management staff to ensure the appropriate handling of customer complaints, as well as regulatory complaints to achieve satisfactory resolution -Maintains and analyzes KPI’s -Uses technology and forecasting tools, reports, and staff feedback for customer quality initiatives -Advises managers on staff issues and counsels for professional development
