Responsibilities • Translates complex business analytics into solutions through hypothesis development, defining the analytical framework, identifying and analyzing appropriate data to support hypothesis, and scoping operational feasibility. • Consults with Chief Operations Officer to develop statistical strategy to address business needs. • Partners with business stakeholders to implement and monitor solutions; Makes clear recommendations to business stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team. • Uses understanding of debtor segmentation and predictive and/or behavioral modeling as part of recommendations. • Maintains data integrity through execution of analysis. • Develops analyses to support the performance management of client portfolios. • Support and develops the team’s client reporting responsibilities. • Stays current with technology, processes, and best practices in the industry. • Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred. CFA, SQL, SAS or FRM certifications are highly sought with 5-10 years’ experience in a business analytics position (statistical modeling, market research, SQL querying experience). Must have demonstrated ability to comfortably interact with business stakeholders, specifically within the C-Suite. Must be highly analytic and have strong decision making abilities. Strong aptitude with information technology and the ability to adapt to new technology is required.
